On our trip to Milan we also spent an afternoon walking around the Navigli district, a trendy neighborhood. There were outdoor markets with an assortment of items, including Italian comic books and lion door knockers. We also enjoyed looking at the shop windows and colorful street art. And I loved the sign I spotted with happy-faced pastries! I think "Cornetti caldi" means warm croissants.
