Elvis candlelight vigil

I came to Memphis for Elvis Week. Just kidding. I actually came to Memphis to see family but was glad that it coincided with Elvis Week! Last night I attended the candlelight vigil at Graceland to pay my respects to the king of rock n' roll on the 36th anniversary of his death. While listening to beautiful Elvis music, I took a few photos of the Elvis shrines in the streets in front of Graceland.

Views from Duck & Waffle

I highly recommend Duck & Waffle on the 40th floor of Heron Tower. It's worth going to the restaurant just to see the views! (The food is pretty amazing too.) I took a couple photos from the windows beside our table. Incredible! 

The best OJ I have ever had

FYI you can find the best orange juice in the world at Duck and Waffle in Heron Tower. It is freshly squeezed and so delicious! I have been craving it ever since I went on Sunday!

We let the Goodenough College cat (named Goodcat) into our flat for a short visit. It was so fun to have a cat, even if it was only for a few hours! Isn't she adorable?
