Blenheim Palace

I visited Blenheim Palace in Woodstock with my parents on June 29. The palace is the ancestral home of the Dukes of Marlborough and is also famed as the birthplace of Winston Churchill. I particularly loved the sculptures in the garden area - there was something grand and strikingly "human" about them.

Oxford

On June 28 my parents and I took a day trip to Oxford. Highlights of the day included the beautiful Christ Church and Magdalen College. Selection of photos below:

Kew Gardens

I am finally getting around to posting these photos from my adventures at the end of June/early July with my parents! They came to London for my MA graduation. Here are some shots from our glorious visit to Kew Gardens. Metallic leaves, pink furry trees, swans, roosters, and roses galore!
